ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?
Yes we offer up to a 20 percent discount for all new customers on the first yard we mow for them.
DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?
We offer up to 50 percent off your next service charge, after completing the first service for a new customer that you referred to us.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH DOTSON LAWN CARE LLC?
We do our best to keep our customers satisfied with our work. If for some reason you are unsatisfied we will do whatever it takes to correct the problem. If it is something we can correct by returning and fixing it, we will return right away and do so. If it is something that has to be fixed next time we will give you a fair discount upon return. If it cannot be fixed we do offer a refund, only if the complaint is considered legit, and deserving of a refund, because of the cost to the customer.
DO YOU ACCEPT SPECIAL REQUEST?
Dotson Lawn Care LLC is committed to customer satisfaction, and we are willing to fulfill all customers request concerning their yard. All request must be given to the management team, while setting up an appointment, or can be told to the employee who is doing the work, before they begin. Anything such as keeping a gate closed, staying off certain parts of the lawn, height of cut, parking, etc, should be discussed before starting the job.
